[Robotgroup] Combine Yearly Meeting with Banquet? (was ANNOUNCE: Robot Group Banquet..)

A couple of issues with this idea...

1) The *end* of the year Banquet in January? Sorta would miss the 
deadline a bit... ;)

2) It would be up to the *new* President of the group to decide whether
or not to hold it. :)

The more I think about it the more I like the idea of combining the 
Banquet with the required yearly meeting for corporation business and 
election of officers.
