[Robotgroup] Robot Group Membership Role Call!!!

nothing like a public calling out to get people moving!  :D

but it's also probably a good idea to mention the benefits of  
membership...

* voting privileges
* access to the parts repository
* getting rained on by ping pong balls

What am I missing?
