[Robotgroup] Dues

Here was the last mention of dues that I received
(from the late but great Tom Morin
http://www.robotgroup.net/index.cgi/TomMorin).
(near the bottom of this fw message) It was stated as
$20, I dont know if this changed due to inclusion of
tshirt.
