[Robotgroup] Broken Toy Autopsy Night

Hey kids ,
   Last night was the first "broken toy autopsy night" at the Kingsland Library and although only 3 kids and 6 parents showed up it was fun and we repaired one toy sound effects gun and got a couple of RC cars stripped down to be hacked together to make a battle bot .The kids seemed to be smart enough to do alot of it on their own but just needed a little guidence and reasurence .I may start doing this on a regular monthly basis but getting a regular saturday timeslot here may take some doing since the meeting room gets alot of use .We were packing up when the next group wanted to come in and set up their stuff but when we discovered they were the computer repair class it seemed a natural progression .More on all of this as it develops .
