These appear to be round paper labels on a roll ... much like we 
already have.  The cost is the same for 3" or 2.5" labels.

Vinyl stickers (decals) screen-printed on white vinyl would cost 
$0.08 in quantities of 5,000 whether they are 3" or 2.5".

I do not know about mixing colors.  If someone cares to relieve of 
this task, I am more than happy to turn it over.  I am extremely 
short of time right now.
