[Robotgroup] who's coming to Maker Faire?

I'm not oficially bringing anything although I'm going to try and finish
some projects and sneak them in un-announced.

I would like to get Sue in at some point either as a volunteer or if I can
get one ticket and give it to her at some point to sneak in for a while.

I will try and help all I can on the front end but may wimp out on the tear
down.  My sister Carol is in town from Hawaii.
My other sister is presenting Geekstavaganza Sunday evening at Stubbs (next
year she will be doing the Browncoat Ball for us Firefly fans)  Then I get
to go to Houston for the rest of the week which will take some packing etc.

OK Kids (like Brooks says),

I am in charge of making the master schedule.  I need to know who is bring
projects, who is getting their own tickets, and who is coming to volunteer
to man the booth(s) during the show.
We need to know the tickets received so that we kow how many to ask for to
give to the "volunteers" (robot group members not bringing a specific
project).

  The show hours are:

Saturday 10-6 p.m.
Sunday   10-5 p.m.

These are the hours that are the "Official" show is on.  We need to make
sure the booth(s) are manned at all times during this time.  We need to have
extra people so that all of us can have time to go and enjoy all of the
creative people and projects this faire is showing.

On Thursday, the truck will be at Vern's house and loading will commence at
10:00 a.m.  We need some help with this. There is some heavy equipment and
some of us cannot lift heavy items at this time.  We are planning on leaving
Vern's house on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. to head to the Expo Center to start
setting up.  The Expo Center is open for load-in until 5 p.m. on Thursday.

So, any help that any of you can give will be appreciated.  You can email me
off list if you want, or on list if that suits you.
