[Robotgroup] Atmel AVR Help

Well I managed to accidentally misprogram my only Atmel AVR CPU.  I was
trying to get it to use the external crystal instead of the internal
oscillator and I selected the wrong fuse bit option.  It is now dead unless
someone knows how to reset the clock fuse bits.  I have read about something
called "High voltage programming Mode" but it seems to require some funky
hardware.

Does anyone have a spare 40 pin Atmel laying around that I could buy?  I am
looking for either an 8515 or 162.   Otherwise I'll have to order it from
digikey.
