[Robotgroup] Wow, y'all sure been busy

Konnichiwa!

We just got back from the World Science Fiction Convention 2007. This 
year in Yokohama, Japan.
 Of course we visited Aikihabara, amazing place, I could have spent 
several days there.
Didn't buy much, since a lot of it I can get from Digikey or elsewhere, 
but it's really cool
to be able to pick out micro connectors, motors and other bits from bins 
as you need them.

We also visited the Robot Museum in Nagoya, now that place was cool. One 
side was sales
and theother a bit of hands on robot exhibit with a whole lot of 
historical robotics stuff upstairs.
They also did a Robot Gymnastics/Tai-chi show with several biped 
kit-bots. Too much for my budget
at the time to buy one, they ranged from $1500 to $3500, but amazing 
little machines.

And we saw a lot the other neat stuff about Tokyo and Kyoto, bullet 
trains and the such.
Now I sleep, It's been a very long day that started at Sat 7am Kyoto time.
