Sadly, unless Glenn has it (and simply cannot locate it), the only 
other source for it would be Norm Annal.  If I got the story right, 
Glenn commissioned Norm to generate the logo.

I think that I ran across this information in trying to locate the 
exact font used in the logo.  Many are similar but I have not located 
the exact font yet (still looking).
