Dear Artists:

Your proposal was reviewed and is in the final round of those selected
for funding by H-E-B Presents First Night Austin 2008.

In an attempt to fund all of your proposals, we are doing our best to
juggle resources and programming options as well as receive confirmation
on a few pending sponsorship requests.

We expect to have a final decision on most proposals by next week. Many
of you have been contacted by me and are waiting on your contracts,
please know that those will also be sent out early next week.

We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience. If you have any
questions, please let me know.
