Looking at the gallery I'm wondering where their helmets are. Needs a roll
cage! Looks fun though.

Subject: [Robotgroup] cup holder(was tankchair)

When Dave and I use to do the blimps and other flying machines at school
outreach programs the most FAQ was "If it took my pet mouse up real high and
dropped it ,would it die?" Every show we did, at least 2 kids would want us
to try the drop survivability test on some poor creature, mostly mice.
I think when I first looked at the Tankchair the control pad looked kind
of like something in a cup holder so when I saw it wasn't, in the back of my
mind it prompted the response. That's my story and I sticking to it...

Ok, this is very weird. On the forum where I saw this, most of the
comments were "where's the cup holder". To the couple of people I
sent
this link to via chat, they're responses were "wheres the cup holder".
And now, here's the same response on this list as well.

Strangely, I didn't think "cup holder" when I first saw the unit,
but
obviously there's something evocative about the device that causes this
reaction. How did I miss it entirely? {head scratching} O.o
