Based on the code, those "PULSOUT" lines are ONLY executed when a serial
command is received. Since you have not specified a "timeout", when no
serial data is coming into the stamp, it is "standing" on that line
waiting for a serial signal to arrive! :(
Also, if the PULSOUT commands are issued to the servo closer than 20ms
apart, the servo will act strangely/erratically.
