[Robotgroup] Website Update for Feb 2008

The transition in December from static html and moin wiki to wordpress 
and mediawiki went pretty well.

In january not much happened with the site.

Now the next phase begins.

Next up is a painful part. Consolidating all the stray urls to one 
single domain name. There will be a transition period for this while 
people update their marketing materials from old url's to the new 
official one.

What does The Robot Group collective need to do about this? Easy, just 
let me know when something breaks. As I consolidate the urls breakage is 
inevetable. I don't mean simple things like just broken links I can just 
run a link checker for that. What I mean is things like:
Hey didnt that ornament you made used to be @ 
http://www.robotgroup.net/blanks_uploads/2007/robornament2007_easy.pdf
Well yeah it used to. But now members shouldn't upload stuff off the 
root directory. It will be in 
www.therobotgroup.org/members/blank/2007/blah.pdf

What else can The Robot Group collective do? Update the wiki and the 
main page. There have not been that many changes to it since it went 
live. Things that were on the "old" page need to be ported to the wiki 
where they will live on forever. Here is a url to help get started
