[Robotgroup] Meetup management

Hi from the Meetup Calendar guy--

It's a beautiful Saturday, the sun is shining, so how did I spend my
morning? Digging through a week's worth of unread Robotgroup posts,
that's how...

So, what's up:

- I'll get the Dorkbot/Geek Austin Happy Hour on the calendar right
now. Although, "activity" doesn't seem to be an option, at least not
for me: unless I'm missing something, I can only add two things to
the calendar, "meeting" and "note". I've added it as a note.

- Have we officially decided to take the Feb 14th meeting off the
calendar? I suppose one option would be to take this week's meeting
to the Dorkbot/Geek Austin thing, although I've never been to J
Black's so I can't say how large a space it is.

- Do we have a date for the first props class?

If the officers are for it, I could create some polls on the Meetup
site to get a vote on the Feb 14th thing, and to find out folks'
preferences for the dates Denise proposed for the props class (Feb 16
AM or PM, Feb 23 AM, or Mar 1 AM or PM).

Last week I set up my mail app to give me a special alert if anything
comes into my inbox addressed to the Robotgroup list with the words
"meetup" or "calendar" in it. So when something comes along that
should go on the calendar, remember to point it out with a phrase
like "let's put this in the calendar" or "this should go on the
meetup page". That will guarantee that I'll get it before the next
time I sit down to read through all my unread posts, which, as you
may have surmised, might be a while. :)

Regards-- Robert
