[Robotgroup] interface to cameras with built-in pan/tilt

Has anyone tried to interface a camera with built-in pan and tilt (for example, the DLINK DCS-5300) to a microcontroller or RC receiver?

I was wondering if these cameras might use servos that could be wired into a standard servo interface.

I know I can use an external pan-tilt unit, but the built-in looks more compact.
