[Robotgroup] interface to cameras with built-in pan/tilt

Seems like I saw someone hacking one of these a few
months back but I dont have a clue what the link was
or if it was a DLINK. I remember they had some
breakdown photos of the camera and talked about how
they interfaced to the motors.
