One year ago today, our friend and colleague, Tom Morin, shuffled off  
of this mortal coil ... unexpectedly, suddenly, and prematurely.

Take a moment to remember him, especially the good times, the smiles,  
and the laughter.  Take another moment to contemplate how you can  
better care for yourself ... reduce stress, improve your level of  
fitness and conditioning, improve your diet ....  Then go off and  
build something.
