[Robotgroup] Sparky's Arm

Wondering if anyone in the group has had any ideas on building the tiny
cable-contolled robot arm for the Sparky robot prop?

You probably all know that John is heading up the building of the little
guy, but the arm part is tricky since it is so small.  I have been looking
for anything that could work pre-made, but no luck thus far.   The entire
Bot is only about 6 inches tall or less, so the arm has to fold out of a
cavity no more than 2 inches tall, and ideally less.

The controls do not need to work remotely, we can attach a couple of cable
controllers to the robot when we need to see its arm deploy. or move.
Anyone up the challenge of this please talk to John!  If there are items to
buy that would be helpful, let me know!
