[Robotgroup] Extruded aluminum to join 1/2" plywood sections?

How about just doing an angle cut on the plywood and using 2x4s for
the corners?

The plywood would screw/glue to the sides of the 2x4s and therefore
eliminate any sharp edges.

Another alternative is to have rubber corners. I've seen them used, but
I don't know of a source.
