If Home Depot or Lowe's do not stock this ... 
check the roofing, the siding, and the hardware 
departments ... check the YellowPages for a local 
greenhouse / sunroom supply house.

Such channels have a variety of applications 
including joining polycarbonate panels to make 
walls and roofs.  By the way, that is some neat 
material ... there are channels running down the 
long dimension of the polycarbonate panels ... 
the channels are filled with  water (static or 
recirculating) which absorbs much of the IR from 
the incoming solar radiation.

I haven't played with these plastic panels and 
aluminum channels since the very late 1980s or 
early 1990s but a) they were obtained here in 
Austin and b) they are still being used for the same purpose(s).
