[Robotgroup] hotwheels radar gun sale

I believe someone on the DPRG (Dallas Personal Robot Group) did some reverse
engineering and mods for these. They have an Atmel micro that can be
reprogrammed. The primary output variable is speed. On the ping, it's
distance.
