Got a nice email from DPRG today:

In the spirit of Austin Powers "please allow myself to introduce..
myself". My name is Doug Emes and I am the current Librarian officer
for the DPRG. I am tasked with creating our 2008 Calendar of events
and wanted to see about coordinating our event schedule with both the
SHARP group in Houston and your group in Austin, to better accommodate
members of the three groups.

I looked at the Meetup calendar for your club, but I do not see when
you have any "event" stuff scheduled.  The DPRG is planning on coming
down for the maker fair this fall for sure.  Will your organization be
planning any competitions or other events that we would be interested
in attending?  David Anderson and Eric Sumner our planning on throwing
on Spring Roborama around Late April or early
May.

I signed up for the Robot Group's mailing list in digest form as well
today.  I see your club is holding a Basic Stamp class.  Are yall
planning on videotaping the instruction?
