Yep! Sorry Scott, I thought it was rhetorical, not actual. My bad. I'm 
still trying to find interesting ways to run meetings so as to make it 
useful & fun for all involved, so if I skipped over your question I 
apologize. It it makes u feel any better I totally skipped Grays robot 
which he brought in too! ARG! :(

I'm still trying to find the optimal way to operate a meeting. I try and 
make sure we keep things moving as I like to make sure we don't run way 
overtime (i.e. done by 10:00pm) I really like the idea of having more 
peoples needs met, and also having folks showing off projects. But at 
the same time I want to keep presentations moving so we don't put anyone 
to sleep. :)

I'm always open to suggestions on format, Just let me know far enough in 
advance to update the agenda.. ;)
