I would like to make a suggestion, send up a trial balloon and see if it
get's shot down (Oh, the humanity!)

When I was President we didn't have formal meetings and agendas and stuff.
Now we've swung quite the other way.  My personal opinion is that we spend
an awful lot of time with agendas and treasurer's reports and things like
this.  Other folks like the R/C flying club and the like do have things like
this at theri meetings but then they only "meet" once a month. The rest of
the time they just go fly.
What if we were to just do the formal part once a month or so or split it up
so this week we do treasurers and committees and next week we talk about the
web site and upcoming events or something like this.  This would leave us a
little more time for just talking about stuff or BS sigs and the like.  [The
sound of a can of worms opening]
