[Robotgroup] Phillips PM3214 oscilloscope for $60

I'm upgrading my low bandwidth oscilloscope to a DSO.
This means that I'll have a Phillips PM3214 which I
plan to sell on Craigslist for $75 but I figured I'll
give anybody in the RG the option to buy first.

The Phillips PM3214 is a dual channel 25MHz analog 
scope. I don't have the manuals for it, but I  do 
have them for the 3217 which is its 50MHz counterpart
with basically the same controls.

The unit works and includes one probe. It does have a
corner of the plastic frame that holds the phosphor
screen cracked, but it doesn't affect its function nor
does it present a problem other than cosmetic.

For projects like the basic stamp or most PIC controllers
this will be a good scope. For things like Andre's hydra
or anything to do with the propeller this is likely not
be enough.
