That _was_ my serious note!

Timeline: September-ish showing
Budget: about $20 a seat total budget, 30 seats about
Specs: Make 'em feel like they are getting shocked, tingled,  
whatever.  Stimulate their asses.

That's it!  It's an open project; thats the nature of these  
promotionals -- you get a desired effect, a budget range, and then  
it's up to you.

Take over?  ASAP so I can formalize the hand-off.
