[Robotgroup] Drive a Droid proposal... How to detect the "fence"?

I'd suggest using several IR emitter/receiver pairs mounted low on the base
in conjunction with an IR reflective arena base, maybe PVC pipe to cause it
to back away. Sumo robot style. Could also use gaffer tape on the
road/concrete to provide that contrast. (Better add a leaf blower to clean
the road and more gaffer tape?)
