[Robotgroup] Drive a Droid proposal... How to detect the "fence"?

Create a perimeter octagon of 4" x 10' sewer pipe and 45 degree Els  
( my favorite) and the 3/4" Pipe barrier can attach to it. That will  
give you a 4" high target. I Vol. to build it.  Prof C.
