Actually, they pay up to 50% of the grant amount IN ADVANCE. They pay 
the second half after the event. So far, I don't think they have been 
late paying us at all for any of our projects.

They have extended the submission deadline in the past (which is 
annoying when you work your butt off to make the stated deadline!) but 
otherwise, I don't know of any payment problems..

Derek..? Eric..? Do you guys remember any payment issues (other than 
them over-paying us one year)?
