Hey Vern,
  I noticed that in your proposal for Ricks R2 that there were no hours of labor listed. In the past if you planned on donating all of your labor we listed it as IN KIND donations, that way the panelists don't get fooled into thinking that these things are easy to do. You need to show what the real cost of doing these kind of things are otherwise those of us who can't afford to work for free end up looking like con-artists. I always go way over my estimated hours and donate about half of what was estimated anyway so always made my IN KIND quota but some people still wanted question the payments.
