Rick,

If I remember Ed's estimate correctly, a sign of the type that he and 
I invested some 5-6 hours in making can be readily purchased for 
about $65 from a vinyl sign company in Round Rock.

It a fun and interesting learning experience to participate in the 
making of the sign. I suspect that the next one will be no more fun 
nor interesting than a round-trip drive to Round Rock to pay for it.
