Cool! Thanks for the link. :) I dloaded the Flickr uploader (they make 
you login and jump through some hoops to get it, but then again who 
doesn't these days?) and have been playing with it a bit. So far 
impressions:

Flickr-Its a picture uploading utility
Picasa-Its a picture management system with an upload function

I think I'll keep both around as flickr is one of the first places most 
people go hunting and it might bring more publicity to the pictures..

One draw back I see is the flickr uploader limits you to 100 megs where 
picasa is 500 megs. Other than that I don't see it as a competitor 
either way, they seem to be very different tools in that picasa manages 
photos and has an upload component, flickr is a picture upload utility.. 
unless I"m missing something?
