Yes, the jobs none want is what I end up doing and I just got an enteresting email from my dad who tells me that the 2 big jobs I did for them up in Ohio are final finished (or so they thought). The boss cut out several features that would have cut down on the amount of vibration to the actuators only to find....oh no...the actuators won't last 5 minutes (the test is for 30 hours) and the extra bouncing around is totaly trashing the data from the highly sensitive halleffect sensors that they are trying to test. Who knew a high school dropout artist guy could predict the future? This is exactly why I only do biz consulting thru emails..proof in writing.
