Hi all--
Us assistant organizers have the option to add two things to the
calendar: meetings and notes. My sense of it is, meetings are
meetings, and all other events-- SIGs, Dorkbots, Maker Fairs, etc.--
go in as notes. Notes don't have all the advantages of meetings:
people can't RSVP, and Meetup doesn't send out reminders and
announcements. If the consensus is that the BSII SIG should be a
meeting, there might be a way to have Meetup automatically add it to
the calendar each week, although I haven't really explored that
option since in the past I haven't created any meetings, just notes.
