[Robotgroup] SXSW/EFF/Dorkbot?

Sometimes the SXSW folks are at the door, but they haven't scrutinized us in
3 yrs or so. The deal is that, if you're an official evening event (included
on their site and in the program book), you let badgeholders in free, and
charge for others. At Plutopia, as at the Steampunk party last year, we're
giving free entry to anybody in costume. Otherwise you can get in without a
badge and without a costume if you pay ten bucks. Some of that is donated to
EFF-Austin.
