Dear RG,

Here are the "progress notes" that I can confirm from last night:

Derek and others worked on Gator Girl's head, it needed some parts, Tom D. took it home.  

Mechanical Flower: Thanks to the efforts of Paul and Vern, (the exact problem I am not clear on until I have some time to discuss, too much distraction to get info last night) but the new board works great.  There is still a problem with the power to the inside lights, but for the event, it is workable.  Thank you so much.  People really love this flower, and it is hysterical that they all think it is responding to them, even though we have a sign that tells them that it is only a random program generating the movements, not their efforts.

Ping Pong Printer/Delivery:  Looks great, but not sure about if it is working. (isn't that the distinction between art and electronic art?), but I wasn't present for the presentation, so do not know the status.

That is all I was aware of, but was in and out of the meeting last night.  Any person with more detailed information, pipe in if you want, otherwise we will see you all at the crowded park on Saturday.  Whooo Hoooo!
