Based upon our experience at dorkbot austin on Saturday, setup will 
require about 1.5 hrs.

Note that there is a discrepancy between when Bon told Vern and Paul 
(1900 hrs - 2359 hrs) and what is listed on the 
http://www.plutopia.org/ web site (1800 hrs - 2359 hrs) ... does this 
gig start at 1800 hrs or at 1900 hrs?  [The obvious answer being, 
"Yes."]

The size of the crowd we must plow through and walk around will be 
considerably different at, say, 1630 hrs than at 1730 hrs.  The 
traffic on the highways will be even worse than normal given the 
presence of SxSW visitors and the rain.
