[Robotgroup] Antec Spot Cool Fan

I was up at Frys yesterday and picked up an Antec Spot Cool Fan, mainly because it has 3 blue leds and was on sale. I am trying to figure out if it requires 12V or 5V before I open it. The only thing I could find is that it has a 3 pin connector to plug into the fan connector on your motherboard. I found some web pages that say the fan connection on the motherboard can be 12V or 5V. Does anyone have any more info on motherboard fan connectors or this fan? Here is a little more info on the fan.
