It's more of a marketing term now like "Information Super Highway", or god 
forbid "Cyberspace". Or my favorite e-anything. The Motorola reference as 
Paul mentioned was just a leveraging of the term to mean "the digital 
lifestyle" and we got you covered with everything digital in your edgy 
hip-hop lifestyle. Here's a link to that:

But, other than that, I try to keep up with the latest thing thing in bling 
bling and I haven't heard of any specific piece of software called "Digital 
DNA", the closest is "Microsoft's XNA" which is its DirectX managed code 
.NET development system for making simple games on the PC and XBox, pretty 
cool actually.

Digital DNA was a marketing campaign by Motorola about 6 years back also.
That's what came to mind first, since I haven't heard of software by that
name.
