[Robotgroup] Book recommendations

Well, I think that a general knowledge in embedded systems is important for
everyone. Also, you need a really good bible of electronics. Two I recommend
in those areas are:
1. Designing Embedded Hardware (nice begineer book) - O'Reilly
2. The Art of Electronics (non-calc based, a classic)
In robotics, I suggest:
1. Physical computing , thomson press, by O'sullivan and Igoe
2. Mechatronics sourcebook, thomson press, by braga
Make sure if you do get any, to get the LATEST editions.

It seems that it might be a good idea, every now and then, to inquire
of the membership about 'must-have' books for the hobby roboticist.
Remember that not all of the members hold degrees in EE, nor are we
all ace programmers.
