[Robotgroup] challenge

Not sure what this has to do with robots.
I love a good conspiracy theory as much as anyone. Watching this guy
playing with an image analysis program reminded me of Hoagland (
http://www.enterprisemission.com/ ) manipulating space photos with image
tools and seeing proof of ufos, crystal skyscrapers on the moon, pyramids on
mars and other assorted goofiness. He doesn't really say what his
background is but I doubt that it is in structural engineering. A building
collapsing at freefall speeds is not very shocking or surprising since a
building is mostly empty space (by design). When a critical support
structure gives way, there is not much to stop it from falling at freefall
speeds. I didn't find his argument very convincing of nefarious deeds.
A while back Nova did a good show on the various 9/11 conspiracy theories
and I think did a pretty good job of debunking them.

I also love watching Alex Jones ( http://www.infowars.com/ ) but I always
take his rants with very large blocks of salt. :)
