[D-runtime] Size of core.stdc.stdio._iob

According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff798083.aspx 
core.stdc.stdio._iob should have a size of 20, but we have it at 60. Is that 
because the Digital Mars C runtime differs, or is it incorrect?
