  Remove threadasm.S.

This file is only useful on PPC, which we do not support. It is
meant to back LDC's fiber support, but since this repository is
specifically for DMD, it doesn't belong here. Rather, it should
be moved downstream to LDC's druntime repository* (GDC already
has the file in its druntime copy, with additional changes).
