[D-runtime] object_.d's underscore and a couple other questions

Hello,

Just curious, why the underscore object_.d's filename?

Also, why the over-abreviated names like:
TypeInfo_e  // for real
TypeInfo_k  // really? 'k' as in uint?
etc...


I'm guessing there's a good reason, that's why I'm asking.
