Experimental GDC-vs-D-1.0 patch

Just useful for the impatient.

I really only wanted it for -v to list the files imported :)

Not particularly tested, but it compiles.

PS: This doesn't really include std.linux.pthread

PPS: I added -fdverbose to use the DMD frontend's verbose output, and 
also made -v in gdmd use both GCC's -v and -fdverbose.
