Installing GDC the ubuntu way

Hello,

gdc-4.1 has been sync from current Debian Unstable version in gutsy:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/devel/gdc-4.1

So it will be installable on gutsy with sudo apt-get install gdc-4.1,
otherwise I can try to make a backport for feisty.
