GDC and GCC 4.3.x

GDC is available with GCC 4.2.3 on ubuntu and debian gnu/linux. It's 
basically a development snapshot (0.25) version with some patches to 
make it work with GCC 4.2.

By the way, I really would like a GCC 4.3 version, too.
