Joining (...ish) the D.gnu team

Hello all,

Following my earlier email exchanges I think it's about time I
subscribed to D.gnu.  I don't think I can be a great contributor in
terms of code, and I need gdc to be packaged up in friendly form for me
as Iain kindly did, but I can and will report issues that arise when
using gdc2.
