Successful GDC 4.8 build on Ubuntu 12.10

Yeah I have --disable-bootstrap and I'm using the sources from apt-get
source gcc-snapshot. Which exact version of gcc-snapshot did you use?
I'm using gcc-snapshot-20121008. Just in case it matters.
