Setting up auto-completion of code in monodevelop?

Ok well mines in
/usr/include/d2/4.6.4/x86_64-linux-gnu
/usr/include/d2/4.6.4/
after including that it still didn't have any effect.
Though I tried the normal dmd with the linking to the phobes and
druntime and then it worked.
I'm presuming there is an error with plugin reading those files
relating to the gdc front end.
